We are here to serve our community of learners, their families, and their schools.  We are committed to our professional practice as educators, assessors, researchers and are grateful for the feedback our children, families, and schools provide for us.  We, too, are continuous learners who constantly reflect upon our services to ensure we are meeting the needs of our community.  Below is just a little insight into the depth of relationship and work we have done with our families.

“The team at ChiLD was great at carrying out an assessment of my 8-year-old. The assessment took place in our own home where they used a series of games and challenges that allowed the team to deeply understand my child's development and the areas where he needs support. He came away feeling like he had enjoyed the process and their report was spot on. We have used his report with the school and learning support team to help build my son’s confidence in the area of maths and target the right support to help his development at his own pace.”

Lisa and Lexie have been excellent.  The initial report on my son was detailed, thorough and easy to understand.  The follow up has also been outstanding with both of them taking the time to answer any questions we had.  Their experience has really shown through.  After my son’s incorrect diagnosis by his school, we feel we are now on track.

I am really pleased I decided to go through the Educational Assessment process with ChiLD-HK.  Right from the very beginning, I felt them to be extremely experienced and professional, yet kind and approachable when dealing with my son, which was understandably of utmost importance to us.  I feel very relieved to have Lisa and Lexie on L’s team to help us, and his school, support him sufficiently whilst coping with his learning difficulties.

F was at ease throughout the whole process and he will be able to use the report along with the recommendations to support him at school and in approaching life. we are all very grateful for the time and effort given to F and look forward to working with ChiLD in continuing to support F in the future.
