Managing Director
Lexie graduated from Southampton University, UK - with a BSc (Hons.) and a PhD in Psychology. Lexie has been researching and working with families who have children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, ADHD and Down Syndrome for many years. Particularly interested in parenting, altered parenting and parental positive perception of children with differences; Lexie also has an active involvement in academia, lecturing on several Masters level courses in Hong Kong including exceptional children, expressive psychotherapies and nurturing gifted and talented children.

Helen studied Psychology at Bangor University, then completed her PGCE at Manchester University. Working in schools for 16 years as a teacher, Special Educational Needs Leader & Assistant Headteacher. Both professional & personal experience has led Helen to feel deeply about the need to ensure children can reach their fullest potential. As a school leader she has focused on training for teachers on meeting the needs of pupils & raising levels of confidence. As teachers we need to change the way we teach rather than the way children learn.
Lisa Low

Clinic Director
Lisa completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario, Canada and PGCE-Primary at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. She was inspired to work with children with learning differences in her role as SEN Teacher and so obtained her Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties, Certificate in Psychometric Testing and became a Certified HANDLE Screener. She has been a School Principal for many years in the UK and Asia, and has obtained her MEd, specialising in Content and Language Integrated Learning at HKU. During her 25 years in Education, working in partnership with families and schools has always been a priority to ensure children learn happily, supported by all the adults who work with them.
